I'd start with Ray's ESG in West Knoxville near the mall on Kingston Pike (lots of TVs, outdoor patio n bar, etc.)

Bailey's (lil farther west) also does a nice job with the NFL games.

FWIW, there is a Packer fan club in Nashville. You might reach out to them and see if they know any Knoxville Packer fans (facebook is another idea).

Buffalo Wild Wings near UT campus has always been neat place to watch a game.

Rookies is full of smoke and dark. Cheap beer.

Roosters in Rocky Hill on Northshore Dr. They have private TVs at some of their tables.

Yeah Rays would probably be the best choice...I used to go to Rookies,But like one of the other posts said it really just became one big ash tray after awhile
