We are basically doing everything online and are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgable realtor for the knoxville area. We thought we had found one but she has been very slow to get back with us and has really not provided us with as much info. as we'd like about the area. If anyone has any suggestions for a realtor or if anyone has suggestions for different locations in or around knoxville that would suit our needs we're happy to have any feedback! We're looking for new construction in the $225-$300k range.

We are actually coming to visit in the end of March and would love to find a realtor who is willing to show us a few areas and houses so that we have a feel for what's out there, though we are not moving yet. So, if someone PMs shortty, I would love to have that contact, as well! Thanks!

I just sent both of you a PM with the name and web site of the realtor who sold my old house and who was the agent for the seller of the house I bought. My old house sold in a week. She's the hardest-working real estate agent I've ever seen.

Good luck to both of you!

Relocators, not to take anything away form the realtors of any area, but we
discovered some house hunting from our computer, sort of a head start lookingon Realtor.com and FSBOs through Owner.com. With our ideas and price in mind, we felt less pressured to have done a little homework first. We then had a full 2 speedy days of house looking in Jan. We didn't buy, as we
are still searching for the "just right" area.
