Does anyone have any listings or links to some listings for homes in the Maryville Friendsville area , that is not in the city with 5 acres or so modest pricings ? Have searched several have not found what I'm looking for trying to get moved by mid June early July from Fl.

As mentioned, try the public kaarmls.com and realtor.com, as they will have every listing available in the area, outside of FSBO's. Obviously, your best efforts may be with finding a realtor you can trust, collaborate with, and communicate back and forth with about the types of homes you are interested in. Realtors have more features in their search available, and should be able to pinpoint certain requirements, as long as the home you seek is on the market. There are also expired and withdrawn listings that may match your criteria. Usually a very interested call or inquiry to the old listing agent can spark a relist.

If you have a realtor in FL you know and trust, get them on it! They can search themselves, or pass on key information and make arrangements with local TN realtors they may know. Typically every local realtor will offer referral fees to outside realtors, so a local expert you may know can still be of great help out of state, and get rewarded for their hard work. Preparing a move can be stressful enough, so the more people you have working to make it a smooth transition, the better. Best of luck in your move!
