We bought a house last year with a few issues. It is a house built in 1928 and has stucco on it, the good old kind. An addition was put on it in 1996 using the defective masonite. There are areas that are very squishy and my dog has even pulled some of it off. The bad news for me is that the class action suit ended this past January. There is a small chance we can get money from the 25 year warranty, but I can't call because my name is not on the title.

So I'm thinking we'd like to replace the siding with good stucco. Has anyone had any experience with this? I heard of a company that's downtown but I totally forgot their name. I have a feeling this will cost way more than I want to pay.

You can DM me if you aren't allowed to post info on this thread. I get confused on that rule.
