Howdy everyone! Been so so long since I visited here and have to say I can not go back and read 30-40 pages to catch up. Hope that you all have enjoyed your summer and are excited about Fall being just around the corner. Had so hoped to be sitting on a back porch there watching the beautiful leaves change colors but....maybe next yr. Have pretty much lost hope of selling, only one looker in the pass 2 months, just to far out in the country for most I guess. Sure hope everyone is doing well!

I haven't forgotten about you! It will happen. Things are turning around, it's just very, very slow to recover but it will. In the meantime, enjoy what you have and know that we haven't shut the gate, yet!

Still keeping an eagle-eye on that house for my pal, the painter! I think they have rented it out. I guess he never could get his price. It may have been overpriced. I can't remember the asking, anymore.
