Thanks for looking out for me HIK! When I was looking at it, he had came down to what he owed on it. It comped pretty decent so...now would be a totally different story i am sure.

Oh, I see! So you just couldn't buy until you sold, correct?

You confused me there...but no I am not buying anything until this one is sold and then again I may try to rent something for awhile. I have Never been a renter before and the idea makes me a bit nervous. Back when I was dealing with that house, mine was under contract and fell through at the last minute. Other wise we would of been neighbors.

Oh, yes! Now I remember.

Things will start picking up. I promise. I wouldn't have quit a job with benefits if I thought otherwise. I almost went into this three years ago, but realized that the bottom was going to fall out. In 2006, most people could not see it.

Default hello all

[font="Arial Black"]Just thought I would drop by and say hello to everyone, I have a fractured rib(thanks to a Chiropractor)so havent been up to much due to the pain.

I'm so glad that Suzanne is finally here to stay, sure did miss her.

Bebette's house is really nice, her hummingbird garden is beautiful as is her new firepit area and her view is astounding, cannot wait to share the pit with her this fall.,

Hope everyone is doing well, sure enjoyed the game the other night, Vol's look good, we will sure hope they look that good this weekend too.

Good luck Hik with your schooling and your future, things should pick up soon so you are getting in at a good time probably."][COLOR="DarkRed"}

Gailli,

Hope you are up and about soon, pain free! I'm glad Suzanne is here for good too. What a wonderful time of the year to be in Tennessee. We just renewed our lease here for another year. It's hard to believe a year has passed so quickly, but I guess its easy to lose track of time when the living is so fun and easy in Tennessee.
The game was great on Saturday, we enjoyed watching the Vols once again. We missed out on Boomsday this year. One of these years we'll make our way downtown to be a part of the Boomsday celebrations.
Well have a great holiday everyone!
Pam

Wow, Gailli. I hope you feel better and have a very good lawyer. That's horrible.

Pam, you have got to see Boomsday. Just be prepared for a very, very, very big crowd.
