What's the desired age of the house? Where will the people in the house be working?

My husband will be an assistant mgr. at the new trader joes in suburban plaza on Kingston pike. We like brick ranchers and traditional style homes. Prefer something a little updated not too old. We're moving out of a 1962 home and we've had to replace everything during the 10 yrs we've been here.

I am so excited to finally be able to shop at Trader Joe's! I've never been. You will have tons of choices in West Knoxville.

I've never lived in a place where Trader Joe's was. I can't wait to try it out.

So how's the weather lately? Hubby's on his way down tomorrow to do some plumbing and electrical work.

Will he hear the peepers like he did last February?

Howdy Karen,
Don't know if he'll hear peepers or not, but this winter has been mild and wonderful, till the last week.

Thanks guys! He's headed out now. Cross your fingers for us that they're able to get the plumbing and electrical at least started this week!

We need that place ready soon.
