Hello,
I have been living in East TN for 4 years currently in Loudon county area (Lenoir City). We are from NJ shore area originally and we like it here for the most part. I do love the elementary school here, just not the high school. We were looking into possibly moving into Knox county to be closer to my husbands work. I also like the idea of being closer to shopping, movies etc. The areas we are choosing between are Bluegrass, Westland off Pellissippi, Karns (spelling) and Hardin Valley. Not sure which areas have the best schools and are the best for families with younger children. We can spend 250,000 to 300,000 on a house. Looking to stay and plant roots
. Any suggestions for subdivisions would be great!!

hey Nichole 28, congrats on your possible moving, and all the areas you mentioned, have great schools. Hardin Valley is booming and the new Hardin Valley Academy is getting great reviews. I had some other folks locate there, and are very pleased. Lots of new development in west Knox, so plenty of areas with young families, and several to choose from in that price range.
