Is there an webpage or something that can tell a person about the, seems like hundreds, of areas of Knoxville? For instance Holston HIlls, Raulston View etc. etc.? Are there areas to not even consider and others that are good? How would someone know where the "city" limits are so as not to get into that city tax stuff?

In order to zoom, I had to click on the zoom in tool and then click on the map, but I'm on a Mac.
I don't think there is a site about all the sections of Knoxville, that would be nice. But you can do a search on this forum, many of them have been discussed.
