I think Kalamata Cafe does catering. Very Knoxville and an odd but wonderful combination of Greek, Japanese and sushi.

Thanks for all the suggestions ~ we have decided to go with Owen's Restaurant. They had the best prices for what we wanted and they're know for their turkey dinners.
I'll keep the ones suggested incase the boss wants something different for the Christmas lunch.
