I'm thinking you might find lower price rentals in the Clinton area. West Knox has the good schools so you pay for that in your rental cost.

I've heeded every one's advice, and once again want to thank you for the replies. This will be a big change for us and the help is truly appreciated.

It looks as though craigslist and patience will be our best bet. I have been looking in the areas suggested to me.

I found a listed house in Hardin Valley that looks like a perfect fit, but I am concerned about internet. It seems the only internet provider in the area is through Hughs Satellite with only a 1Mbps connection speed. Is this true or am I mistaken? Not to mention it is over priced. This will be an issue.

I'm trying to get the word out and I have posted a "want" ad on craigslist. I also posted a message on the wall of a knoxville realtors facebook page. Can anyone think of other places I can post to attract property owners?

My sister-in-law lives in that area, and I believe there are other options. I think they have dish network or something of that name. It's not as fast as cable because it's satellite...but, she works at home, and it's certainly fast enough to run a business. You may want to check into it.
