Wow, that's pretty out there.

I read that the other two women are thankfully in stable condition. I thought it was a bad sign that they were transported to UT Medical Center despite having been shot at a hospital, but perhaps that was just a precaution.

UT is the only level one trauma center in the city. It's protocol for gunshot wounds to be taken there. They were, however, stabilized at Parkwest before transport.
