Can anyone tell me of any HOAs they know of that would not allow 2 dogs and 3 cats in a household? I need to know what places I should avoid looking in, as I'm hearing some HOAs have limits...

We are looking in the Green Valley, Silverado, Seven Hills, Anthem areas. Thanks in advance!

All HOA's allow cougars. In fact, encourage them.

YOu are at the Henderson limit for dogs and one off on cats.

The only thing that works is HOAs with no limits. However that is most. So look at the HOA before you buy the place.

There is no good way to tell before you get the HOA docs. As a rule of thumb bigger homes in more expensive developments have no rule on pets. Small houses on small lots likely will have limits.

Does one off on cats mean I am over limits or under by one?

Some of the HOA's have pet limits. When I first moved to Aliante, they said we could have a maximum of 3 pets per household. A few months ago we were all sent a notice that it is now 2 pets.
I know Pahrump is more lenient on pets. And the rare places that don't have HOA's probably really don't care how many you have.

You are under. You can get one more cat. If you really are into pain.
