I would hate to go through this whole process only to be let go because of my credit which could be something that I couldn't help.
we see credit checks are a part of some other houses' applications. what is crazy is that because of the economy, we imagine there are a lot of folks already employed by these very same people, who have probably suffered a loss in credit standing due to the economy and would fail the standard they hold for new hires.

I have two friends that have been hired that both lost their job, foreclosed their homes, and one filed BK and they are both in. They do the credit check because it accompanies the background check. However, if they want you it won't matter. Everyone has issues, especially in this town. Student loans are a fact of life, do you pay them is the question. Having a hospital bill happens have you made arrangements to settle it, things like that. I highly doubt anyone could staff an entire hotel/casino full of people with no credit flaws.

Today I got a call asking me to come in for another interview (#4) tomorrow afternoon at the talent center. This one is with the butler manager, a fella named Jason.

Has anyone interviewed with him yet? I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm going in with my A game and leaving everything I've got in that room.

Its not right what they did to me in the audiotion inverview. Very unprofessional. They were drunk, cursing at me, and degrading me the whole time...I understand seeing how I react under pressure but they were rediculous. They missed out on a good worker and a great fit for there company..They're loss... And from seing the guy they hired from my work sounds like the M all over again. Very little expirience Not a good worker and very little knowledge. He is a nice guy though I wish him and everyone that got it the best.. just be careful.

Tell me how it goes... I onboard for RS on Saturday. I thought I might get a shot at Butler... I instituted a Butler program where I am now. They asked if I wanted an asst. Manager spot. Couldn't do it.... Did you get the word of how shifts will be awarded ..or seniority. I'm quitting a pretty fat job for this one, and there's no going back. Good luck on the interview.
