If you have an issue with the contractor and they refuse to fix the problem.. Who do you call? They are licensed in LV

There was a long discussion on this board recently started by someone who had damage done to their home by someone working in their bathroom. The situation was eventually resolved, but I believe it escalated to the person calling a TV news consumer advocate before it was taken care of. The info it contains might be useful to you.
