Can anyone recommend a reasonable contractor to repair a wall that was put up to make a room from a loft? I need a switch moved, a wall smoothed out (sanded), and a door entry repaired. (so the door closes easily)... I'm tired of getting ripped off in this city!

I used a person for home repair that worked out quite well:
Phil Junge (702) 292-2739

He gives free estimates.

He is actually one of our customers, he may be out of town. He was going to work in Alaska, because he did not have enough work here.

Thumbs up Phil is GREAT

We've used Phil for a couple of years now for extensive renovations and for small projects and he's the best!
