I am 25 and I am making my first move with my friend and her husband. We are way to eager and anxious to move, so we are moving first and then the husband will follow couple months later.
We plan to be there in time for halloween. Because we just want to get there, my friend may have a transfer from her job to Vegas and I will have to find one. I will have maybe 2 grand saved up. But we are looking for short term rentals and young, fun areas of town.

Things are bad here so have a backup plan and enough money put away to get back home. There are a few jobs but mostly part time, low pay, no benefits. The better the place you work, the more money you will make. Tips are usually pooled and split.

I would suggest renting a cheap month to month place till you both get jobs and are sure you are making enough money to stay. Then you can worry about finding someplace young and hip to live.

You can have anything you want in Vegas. You just need to have the money to buy it.

I always wondered where girls with this attitude draw the line of what is acceptable. In any case, I doubt those jobs are easy to get but if you two are stunners you will make it.
