Good Afternoon, I am requesting information from anyone who has knowledge about the various schools with radiology programs in the LV area. What are your impressions and experiences ? What is a good school with a good program? I am looking for a public institution. Please don't tell me that a school stinks. Tell me why. I know that I can check google. But you may be a better and more impartial source. Many thanks in advance.

The only radiOGRAPHY program (I assume you mean x-ray tech which is radiography and not MD with a specialty in Radiology) I know of in Las Vegas is at UNLV and its a BS. Maybe Pima or Apollo (Carrington) have something but I don't think so.

CSN has a radiation therapy program but no radiography.

Here is a link where you can look up the programs.

I checked last night and according to the site I listed, Pima also has a program. Its going to cost more money (though I am not sure how much more, depending on whether you can get in-state tuition at UNLV and how much transfer credit she has) and will only be an AAS but it might be faster.

Good luck!
