Silly nonsense. Any large set of weird transaction well below market would be obvious. A different address for each? A different seller?

It would be pretty much impossible to start transferring large numbers of homes at way off price without triggering half the world.

I would think you might also trigger the state as to whether the properties were being properly valued for the transfer tax.

"All you got to do is.." almost never works.

EXAMPLE:
G8 Capital, LLC buys entire asset portfolios from mortgage companies and banks at wholesale prices.
