Have done limited research so far. But, I have 3 in elementary school and do not plan to send them to private school. Looks like the NW part of the city and Henderson have the best schools? Looking for 3-4 BR, at least 3500 sq ft, pool, built 2005 or after within a range of 300K-400K. Any advice or recommendations for realtor? Would like one who has knowledge of the schools.

mod interpose: To those repsonding, remember to NOT recommend a real estate agent in this thread on the board. Use a Direct Message only as per our T.O.S. Thanks.

Olecapt has posted a rough ranking of schools on his website. I would start there and use that as a rough guide (I believe it only takes into account test scores, but I'm not 100% sure on that) and do some research using Great Schools which contains information on test scores as well as community reviews (from parents and the like).

Elementary and Middle Schools are really the most important since there are lots of magnet school options for High School which students apply and can attend regardless of where they are zoned. There are magnet opportunities for Middle School (and I believe Elementary too, not 100% sure on that), but they are usually located in the ghetto.

Depending on where you want to live, Paradise Hills in Henderson (located around Paradise Hills Dr. and Horizon Ridge) has some pretty big homes that should meet your needs as well as good school options (Smalley/Walker, Mannion, and Foothill). It's not a master planned community tho, if that's what you're looking for.
