How about ..... take a trip aboard Virgin America? They have flights out of Vegas to San Francisco, JFK, Los Angeles....

I was about to say that's not something to do in Las Vegas, but then I remembered that one of the things that makes Las Vegas so popular is our location. We are close enough to so many great attractions that it is pretty easy to visit them using Las Vegas as a base. Even JFK is only 4½ hours by air. But you can drive to some of the most beautiful scenic places on earth from here in a few hours.

Wink from Las Vegas to...

Even San Diego is only a 6 hour drive from Las Vegas. I'm thinking of visiting Laughlin when I go this time, & my husband wants to see the dam while we're there also.

Where is the Peppermill in LV. I only know of the one in Reno.

Oh no, San Diego is much closer than that ...only 5 hrs 45 min.

IMO you ain't missin' nuthin in Laughlin, but do go to the dam dam.
