I guess it has no name. It's in 89128 and Its not part of desert shores or summerlin.

What is the neighborhood like?

Crime, safety for the elderly to walk?

Opinions of moving/buying there?

Thanks everyone

It seems very ethnically diverse, middle class to a few upper middle class, and varies from cheeeep to nice homes. Over all not a bad neighborhood. Lots of kids. Couple of schools. Some gated communities. One place behind Albertson's that my wife really wanted. Crime is not a big factor, but now and then I see some reported. In the nine years I've lived in my present home it looks no different than when we moved to this part of town, and hasn't really gone to seed so I guess it's OK. I do think the cheap homes there brought down all property values in this area though. It is between our community and Desert Shores. I think it is all called North Shores, as the sign on the corner of Cheyenne and Soaring Gulls says, but I gotta ask olecapt. I'd probably give our neighborhood a B+, and that one a B-. If you found a home you like buy it.
