What do you guys think of this area? Not too much on the forum about it in the past.

Safe to walk around? Looks like a convenient place to live.

Thanks!

The area between Cimarron and Durango at Westcliff is definitely convenient to shopping, dining, 95 freeway, the park and ride at Westcliff Transit Center if you're taking taking public transportation and definitely not far from a couple of nice parks, the Kellogg Zaher Sports Complex and Angel Park.
