The complex seems pretty nice, I just went past there yesterday. You would be right near Boca Park, you've got tons of stores, Kohl's, Sports Chalet, Whole Foods, all of Boca which includes a beautiful Vons Grocery Store plus all the neat restaurants/conveniences in the area.

Peccole Ranch, nice area, and yes, apartment convo. I want to say that used to be a Camden property, but I'm not 100% sure.

Sorry, but the only person I know that used to live there (when it was apartments) was a guy who used to do free lance computer repair work, and he was a pretty decent sort. But that was back when they were apartments and maybe 6-7 years ago.

The name of the place is now Park1 @ Summerlingate! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants including the recently opened Tivoli Village.

A conversion and not one of the better ones.

OK place to rent. I would not buy one on a bet.

Kind of thrown together. Had a hard time getting some of the units to the level where they could be occupied.

I would expect nothing but trouble in the future.

It is a nice location.

Buy an RV instead and park it in that huge unused parking lot in front of REI. Or in the shade of that huge/opulent/unfinished/abandoned building or maybe at the Suncoast so you can avail of their pool parties... up to you!

olecapt I was trying to get you as a realtor, but you did not respond to my PM. Can you give any suggestions of personally where you would buy for maximum of 60K. Area of the city or even what complex? I am looking for a condo, in a gated community, which I will be renting out full time.
