Alright, what if I said Flamingo, Bally's, Harrah's, or Planet Hollywood.....which would have the youngest crowd?

Vegas is youth dominated on the weekends, so you wont have a problem meeting people your age no matter where you end up. Most younger people will stay in the cheaper hotels and pre-game at the center bars before hitting the clubs at the higher end casinos.

O'Shea's, near the Flamingo, definitely attracts a rowdy/fun, beer-pong, frathouse crowd.

Harrah's Carnival Court attracts a young, club-averse crowd and a few locals on the weekends (a few cougar sightings have been made as well). I don't know what Planet Hollywood is drawing anymore in terms of a crowd since Prive closed it's doors and re-opened as Gallery. They used to cater to a younger crowd. I wonder if they still have a reputation for all the girls working the floor. Blondies is a fun bar in the Miracle Mile shops at PH with more frathouse/beer pong shenanigans...but I find Blondies to be a bit expensive for what it is.

The Luxor is also a budget conscious hotel that has shifted their marketing strategy towards a younger crowd.

I would stick to Planet Hollywood/Harrahs...but once you are on the resort corridor, new options are a mere 15 minutes away....walking the eastern side of the strip can be a lot of fun, too. All of the resorts you mentioned are within a short clip walking on the street and it is easier on that side to duck in and out of the casino's to grab a drink or two and hit some games and move on if you dont get the right vibe.
