Hi! I am just hoping for some info on areas to move in Vegas! I have been traveling to Vegas to work for a while now and am now looking to move out there. I am flying out in Aug to find a place to move into in Sep. I am just looking for some websites or places to look into that would fit my needs. I am 23 and more familiar with the southwest strip area which I like being close to the strip and Town Square (i think). I have 2 cats and a dog so would love something under 1000, 2bd2b and hopefully with something of a yard. If anyone knows anywhere I can start looking pls let me know! Thanks!

If you have a Droid phone, get an app called zillow. Amazing for finding properties since Google removed RE listings.

Camden You can look at the map for more properties in the area you like.

I chose Camden Tiara for you as I know it is pretty good place.

Las Vegas, NV Apartments - Camden Tiara

Her problem is not what she does for a living - it is two cats and a dog.

I am not aware of any apartment that will go for that though if there is one they will likely hose on the pet rental.

She is also going to get turned down by 90% of the private landlords.

Quick check of Silverado shows abut 1 in 10 will allow pets unconditionally. All charge a security deposit or a pet rent.

Yeah that is pretty much what I am worried about! All these animals fell into my lap over the years but I can't get rid of them obviously but I am def moving. If anyone knows any real estate agents or places maybe that would work just to weed through and not waste my time with places that will turn the critters away. The Camden's seem really nice but location and availability don't really match up and I would die for a backyard (even a tiny one) just bc I am in an apartment now and taking the dog out all day is becoming a drag. and yes I clog dance lol thanks.
