I was wondering, because for me a single guy who perfers to live alone, it seems perfect. But I like to look into the future, if I bought one of these 1/1 condos, and try to sell it back....I wonder who would even look at my listing?

Makes alot of sence since they are apartment remodels. I can see the 1/1 coming into play there, but to purposely built them whould be a bit silly, when most people have the mentally of buy as much as you can afford.

Are there alot of these apartment remodels around Vegas?

Yes, there are quite a few complexes that were once apartments and are now condos.

You really, really need to ask a lot of questions if you find a condo complex you like.

Me personally, I wouldn't buy a 1/1 condo conversion either.

It's not because they were apartments. There are plenty condos built with 1/1 units. It is not unusual at all. What's unusual is that you have never heard of this.

You are not the first and only person looking for a 1/1 condo. Who bought the ones before you?
People will buy after you if it's cheaper than a larger unit and they don't need or want a larger unit with extra bedrooms.

@NU2LV - I really like the inside of that Scottsdale Unit, but I have been told it is sold. Wonder if there are any other units listed.

True, I'm not looking for one persay. I just found it weird, we don't have alot of 1/1 condos over here, mostly 2/2 or 3/2 condos. I guess there is a house for everyone, even for people who only want a 1/1 to deal with. I'm not knocking the idea of it, I'm just wondering if this is something that is just for that condo complex, or is it all over the valley.

If I was going to look into this complex, I do like this 1/1. Seems like the perfect bachelor pad.

Yes. Be cautious on Winterhaven..many of those units back directly to 95.

Some of the units are nice but many are pretty beaten up. It is a relatively tight complex.

There are seven available though 5 are short sales.
