Good idea, but I'd rather see transportation funds spent on creating on and off ramps on 215 to eliminate the stop lights.

this does, though, far out distance the "metered on ramps" in value..

Or the HOV lane with two cars in it because Las Vegas is NOT a "Car-share" town

SORRY but the rule in Las Vegas is that IF YOU or anyone you know has EVER seen this light GREEN, then it is green forever and you can go .

The only reason we have the HOV lanes is once again the Feds are dictating how we spend our own money.
