Anything built before/at the beginning the big boom certainly seems to have more rooted "community" than anywhere else in town. That pretty much leaves most of the vacancies for housing in newer areas, which I agree, are definitely WAY more transient than more established areas.

lI am also relocating to Henderson-will be there Aug 1. I have rented at Arabella apts-they were highly reccomended and Vicki in office is awesome. She made renting an apt from 3000 miles away easy (I am coming from Boston)
