And if it weren't for your friend taking a WZZ, Bramlet would have been another Jimmy Hoffa

Question. On the my wife's MGM account for her application it went from status active to blank. It says the job is open still. She hasn't gotten any e-mails or calls. They told her it would be about a week. Does the status being switched from active to blank mean she didn't get the job? I read some posts on the city-center hiring process and they said it switching to blank means you passed all your tests. It's confusing.

After reading nearly 300 pages of older posts on the City Center thread I guess the only thing to do is wait. I guess as long as her status isn't inactive she is in the running. Guess we will just have to have patience.

Just looking back at an old post I started and never updated. Low and behold MGM HR called back and offered her the job after 4 weeks. In the meantime she had already interviewed and took a job somewhere closer to home. I was surprised they spent the money to drug test and do background checks to wait 4 weeks to get back to someone.
