I didnt know you could carry that much stuff away on a bicycle
Are you joking? Bicycle? Did you find him on Craigslist? I won't hire from there again...I had an 'electrician' put in an outlet on my patio...and he just mounted a box with wire running down the wall LOL, we still laugh about it to this day. Cost more to fix that mess...

we had hired him for years to do yard work....he would go house to house and he did GREAT work....as long as he never got inside....

Hired the husband of a lady that worked for me....an engineer in a hotel that shall remain un-named....he took us to the cleaners, in ways we didn't even know about til later....he was supposed to be painting bedrooms....many years of unknown paint...best thing to use is a primer called KILLZ.... but it only works if you use it.... paint comes off granddaughters walls in sheets....he didn't like the smell so he didnt use it......

Default Diagnostics first

I wouldn't be too quick to jump to the conclusion it's the pump at this point, and it appears a pump replacement would likely be beyond the OP's comfort zone of a DIY project anyway. It can be very expensive to just start buying and replacing parts in a trial and error approach. Sometimes parts aren't returnable once you find that wasn't the problem and they are now used (especially common policy with electrical parts), or at best you eat a lot in shipping costs and likely some restocking fees. Admittedly I didn't check the return policy of the particular site you linked.

The better approach is to further diagnose first, then replace only what is needed. Given the OP's lack of expertise in this area, getting a pro to diagnose the problem is likely in order since the easy DIY common problems that the OP could handle have been eliminated at no expense. The problem now is finding a true pro these days to take the next diagnostic step. A lot of the "pros" are unable (or at least unwilling) to check voltages and continuity at various key points, etc, and instead take the trial & error part changing approach. They then often don't remove and credit you for the first parts they installed that you didn't need. They thus eliminate the time needed to remove them, sell more parts, and make more money, all at the customers expense.

The problem could be something as simple as a loose wire or drain blockage somewhere other than places already checked, and thus requiring no parts to fix, or it could be something like a sensor or the control circuit board just as easily as the pump. A true pro could diagnose if the existing pump was good/bad without needing a new pump for a "trial and error" test.
