Just keep spraying & maybe ask if the HOA can put something in a newsletter about the spiders/spraying?

I've never seen a scorpion.

A couple of weeks ago my neighbor told me that a guy mowing a neglected yard across the street found 2 big snakes in the grass not sure what kind though & they got away.

Actually, they can be theraputic. After a particularly bad day at work I would go out with my flashlight and give them names before blasting them with my spray can.

My 20lb dog did okay after a bite from one but the bite site was swollen for a few days and the bite marks were clearly visible.. My dogs liked to run between the bushes and the fence so one night they must have brought one into the house as I woke to it crawling up the headboard. I sprayed the yard often but if I forgot for a while, they returned.

Dear God, don't DO that! Black widows show up every summer to eat the field roaches and crickets. It's part of life in Las Vegas. Brake Fluid will sink into the ground water or get in the sewer that flows to Lake Mead. We all have to drink that water.

You don't like spiders, let me lend you my flip flop. You step on them, you don't poison our environment.

Clean up your yard, and contact the Bug Bully if you need to.

Seriously, call the Bug Bully. Do you know how to search for a member and send a DM? I realize you are fairly new to the board.

Search for a member? bug bully is a company not a member right?

send who DM?

yeah I am new and I just come here once in awhile, nice to meet you madam.

so black widow is normal here, HOA shouldn't bother me with a few here and there right? as long as it's not overwhelming.

Actually any other good chemicals to kill black widow near yard/plants?
