I see, in terms of $/sq. ft, north green valley (Warm Springs & Green Valley Pkwy) are cheaper than south green valley (Wigwam & Green Valley Pkwy). Is it true that the south is a better area than the north? crime?

hmmm...I don't need to be affluent, and no need for schools. I am more concerned with crime. Is north green valley safe?

Green Valley is reasonably safe anywhere. The property is older, cheaper and less safe to the north. Gets increasingly newer, more expensive and safer as you go south.

Every time my friend and I visit Sunset Park on Sunset and Eastern, the welcoming committee of police cars and the park rangers are too busy dealing with people with questionable motives so if that is any indication of the surrounding area, I'd stay clear of the place. Sad considering they are pouring lots of money for improvements on the park!!!

Half a mile geographically and miles sociologically from GV.

Sunset Park is in the boundary of Green Valley, if you become a resident of Green Valley chances are you will be visiting this park, it is a regional park on this side of town. Unfortunately, cops and park rangers dealing with undesireables are a common sight in the park. Keep this in mind when you are finding a place to stay, amenity wise/crime.

Sunset park is a half mile from GV and further sociologically. It is not on the border of GV.

Most of GV will gravitate toward the facilities of Henderson rather than Sunset Park.

Sunset Park is a REGIONAL PARK in the area, whether you like it or not residents in the area including the ones residing in Green Valley frequent the place.
