One room, 2 keys and the room in the name of one couple with a child. Give the second key to the other couple.

Be good citizens. Keep your room nice. Leave a tip for the housekeeper each day and respect the property of the hotel/casino. It's up to you but four nice people with a child staying in a room are likely to be much less disruptive than two crazy people in a room. If you tell them you have five people in a room it willl cost you more.

Rooms are cheap, why be miserable? Get 2 adjoining rooms ($20-$30 each) if you need to be connected.

If you want to stay in a low end property, you can do that.

There is no reason why you can't do that. It's perfectly legal. Why do you think they have two beds? But, I'd also ask for a roll-away bed for the little one, and most hotels have them. BTW: There is no reason not to let the hotel know how many people are staying in the room, and they will ask you when you book the room. Some hotels will charge a little more for extra people though. If that's what you're trying to avoid and they catch you they can charge your credit cards for the extra persons anyway. If you don't pay ...well there is a little law in Nevada about defrauding an innkeeper.

#1...don't lie about the number of people....MANY hotels have additional charges for the 3rd and 4th person in the room.
#2...Most hotels have a limit of 5 to a room using existing bedding.
#3...We ain't dumb....we know every scam in the book so be honest and there wont be a problem.

If the max guests is 4 I just wouldn't mention the child. At Venetian for example you would get 2 queen beds which also comes with a pullout sofa.

Just call the hotel and ask. I suspect they will be glad to answer that question.
