I didn't think Pho Saigon 8 was very good. Hue Thai is the best I've found so far.

An A rating means from 0-9 demerits. Usually minor things like employees drinking from cups while working or a thermometer in need of calibration in a refrigerator.

Anything involving the handwashing station is 10 demerits and an immediate B or lower. Keep that in mind.
B's and C's are almost always for Time-Temperature abuse of foods, or cross-contamination issues. This is the stuff that makes people sick.

Thanks! Very useful information here

Because there is only so much prime rib and crab legs that you can stomach in a week. LV has never really had any good asian resturants. Everybody in town usually fills up on their trips to LA and San Fran.

Jasmine at the Bellagio is quite good. Hamada of Japan is good, too. And of course, we have a Nobu here.

We also have good, cheap Asian -- just make sure you're the only person who speaks English at the restaurant, and you're generally good to go.

It's not a buffet, but last week Las Vegas Weekly listed Cathay House, on Spring Mountain, as the best dim sum. That might be a start.
