Good to see someone thinks he or she is so infallible that they can nail it down to a tenth of a percent. Must be a Progressive.

Kinda makes sense with this HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT in Vegas. As long as unemployment continues up, Vegas properties will continue a downward. Welcome to the NEW DETROIT.

I predict it will increase 5.1% in the next 12 months. Big deal.

Of course if i was in the advertising business like CNBC i'd keep that to myself.

The media knows this. This is why bad news sells.

This is the reason Murders always make the front page, and "Human Interest" articles are sent to page 14D.
