I believe that in todays eco-friendly world, along with the density of people and buildings on/around the strip and the monorail that the days of blowing up resorts and casinos is over. Anyone else believe this to be true?

Sheeeesh...another change for Las Vegas that I would hate.

You just want to change Las Vegas into something else!

For now they are over and maybe for quite a few years. We'll be lucky if we can finish the projects already started.

I at least hope that the properties north of Wynn get developed/finished some day.

Some of the properties on this list surprise me. Treasure Island, for example, always seems packed and alive with business when I stop by.

None of those places is going anywhere for awhile. People around here always say Circus Circus is going down yet every time I go to The Steakhouse the place is packed with people and little kids are running around everywhere. Sure doesn't look like it is going anywhere for awhile.

To a casino, 'packed' means nothing...unless they're gambling, too.
