This is why I either swim in the ocean or in my own pool. In the ocean, I figure it doesn't matter. In my pool, I know whose pee I'm getting.

I myself am not one to pee in the pool, but frankly, the rankings don't worry me too much.

Those pools use so much chlorine and chemicals. It's still cleaner than swimming in a lake or ocean.

Now for the results <drumroll please>

1. MGM

2. Palms

3. Aria

4. Venetian

5. Hard Rock

Please stop serving drinks poolside!!!
All places with "Party pools" I'm surprised Marquee at the Cosmopolitan hasnt made this list

MGM has Wet Republic, Aria has Liquid, the Venetian has Tao Beach, and Hard Rock has the granddaddy of them all Rehab, not sure what the party pool at the Palms is though

Yes, the moment it comes out. Shortly thereafter it's a breeding ground for bacteria. While there are a lot of chemicals in the pool they said they found high enough levels of bacteria to get eye and skin infections which is very gross considering how much chlorine is dumped in there.

Its sick, it really is. At the Blvd and Bamboo pools at the Cosmopolitan they both get pretty nasty by the end of the day, and a lot of people drink alcohol in the water too

At least the Blvd pool gets drained and refilled with new water about 1x a week they are always having HUGE events there that require the pool to be drained, they use it as a concert venue about once a week

They never drain Bamboo, that water has always been gross and I wont swim in it personally

Actually they did not. They said they got something that would culture from one pool. That is not a good thing but it can happen. If they hit the pools with a few hundred samples and got substantial culturable material I would think there would be reason to worry. But normal pool chemistry is reasonably good at preventing this .

Guess it comes down to humans are basically dirty animals. Maybe best not to associate with them .

Chemical that changes pool water when someone pees is an urban legend.
