My wish came true!
We had an Old Homestead a few blocks from our house in Bethesda for a short while. We walked over there a couple of times and had okay meals. The thing that stood out for me was that they had a $25 kobe beef hot dog on the menu as well as a $40+ kobe hamburger. No, I didn't try either one. Apparently, not many others did either (or anything else for that matter), because the restaurant failed and closed within a year or so of opening as I recall.

Hopefully, the one in CP will have a better fate.

I never got the opportunity to eat there but i have heard about them.I thought Vegas had one it was off of sahara and Rainbow but that could have been a different company.

I would like to see an English style fish and chips eatery downtown. It would serve fish,
chips and mushy peas, or home made suet meat pudding and chips. For afters, spotted
dick or jam roly poly pudding and custard. It would go down a storm(!).......

MMoB---I'm surprised the one near you didn't make it.
The one in lower Manhattan is jumping almost every night.

Culver's - Butter Burgers and Frozen Custard... a great midwestern chain. I think they have on in Phoenix too, but they are big in WI, MN, IA...

Now that 5 Guys has made it here, the only thing I want to see is Chik-Fil-A. I miss their waffle fries and lemonade.
