There is no such thing as an "unlicensed" REALTOR. And, that is a FACT Jack

At most, from your employment, you might have been an AFFILATE - but, you were not allowed to call yourself a REALTOR.

OBTW - that would have very clearly noted in the "seminar" (actually, it is called an orientation - I lead those all the time)
Sure--I had the little tie pin, and got MLS--paid my dues--and had access to the inside world only a realtor can experience.

Of course I did---I even got a little blue and gold diploma (suitable for framing). Have I left anything out? Was there special handshake or something?

Try living in Richmon, CA or Houston, TX or Dallas, or Chicago, Boston, Miami, Atlanta. Hey, but they're only cities with big populations and poor areas as well. My thought is; if you don't like it here, move on and hopefully you will find a crime free place to live. Oh, did I forget to mention the mass shootings that took place in Omaha, or the churches in Colorado?

Don't mind the Sheriff, Judy, he's been complaining about Las Vegas for years now, yet he won't move from here either....go figure.

THECesspool is #1, and according to the town drunk, now a "world class city". Have another drink. THECesspool beat out such stiff competion as Lagos, Nigeria, and Lima, Peru. City of Las Vegas Named American City Of The Year At World Leadership Awards (Official City of Las Vegas Web Site)
