Do you know any website where I can check this information. Basically I want to know average rental of few zips when house price were at peak in 2006-07.

Probably $50-100 less than it is now on average. I only say this because I recently helped a co-worker move into an apartment that I once lived in about 3 years ago. He was moving into the same floor plan that I once lived in. I asked him how much his rent was. It was $95 more than what I paid with 10% military discount(mines was 15%) and no promotion.(I got first month free)

Their occupancy level probably reflects the price increase along with zero promotion and lower discount.

2006 is no longer available as the statistics are only kept for five years.

From 2007 to today the average rental is down from 1540 to 1440. The median has dropped about $100 to $1125.
