I proposed on the bridge over the lake by Marche Bacchus - the one you can see if you are dining on the patio. That turned out to be just about perfect, as she said the bridge was very symbolic. I was actually going to propose before we left home, during a dog walk, but I could only do that if we took one dog, and we ended up taking both, so that didn't work out.

Beautiful ring, great location. When my wife is driving she always takes us in a loop so we can cross that bridge and pass two of the lakes. I noticed last night there were now
five black swans swimming.
