I tried Googling it but I can't seem to find a schedule.
Looks like something worth seeing.
I called the kind folks over at Hoover and they said it happens every 2-3 years for maintenance and they are due to open it sometime before the end of the year.

They {the employees} don't even know exactly when and they don't release the date to the public because they don't want a mob scene there.
Understandable.

But I reallllllllly wanna see it.
Any ideas?

When it's full back up to the top of the bathtub ring, maybe they'll think about it.
