yea, I think the glow was from the IR lights, but its floating.. the pics are a time lapse of a minute
so its not a bird of a bug, because of the slowness of the object moving across

from all the opinions I have gotten, its a partially filled silver helium balloon, that floated into the pool area, (why it kept changing shape) and the glow was the silver reflecting the IR lights
I had a friend check the pool area today, and no evidence of anything.

The mystery continues!

Unless you have a heater or solar cover, the water will be usually as cold as the night time lows. Probably in the upper 60s or low 70s now despite of the 100 degree air temps.
