My move date is getting really really close and I'm starting to get a little worried about the arrangements I've made for finding a place to rent. I know in the past you've sent out some rental searches for people, even though you don't handle rentals. Could you send me one of these? I want to live either in Henderson/Green Valley or in the Silverado Ranch area. My goal is to be relatively close to my daughter who lives in the eastern part of Henderson--over by Pabco/Boulder Highway (89011 zip). We need 2 bedrooms, a community pool, and have 2 dogs. We want to pay under 1,000 a month. (Not asking much, am I)?
Also, do you know of any realtors who do a good job of coordinating a rental search for a fee? We have our tickets to come out 9/10 and 9/11 to secure a place. We've been in contact with a realtor, but her most recent communication with us wasn't all that promising, and I'm getting nervous.
