Hi where can I rent a manual transmission in LV? I want to teach my daughter how to drive one.

I understand most car rental agencies don't rent them for exactly this reason. People beat them up so much. So what are my other options? Or do you know of a rental agency that has manual transmission vehicles in their fleet?

Thanks

I know this really is not good advice, but the only thing I could see doing is renting something like a Corvette Z06 from one of those exotic rental places.

Some of the older Uhaul trucks are manual shift. Its going to be awkward but you can really learn from an older truck since its a little harder to drive. Renting a manual sports car is also a good idea, but its going to be expensive.

Mine too!

I think it's one of those good to know things though. Once you learn you don't unlearn it, like riding a bike

Maybe you could find a car on craigslist for $500 or so, teach your daughter to drive it and then put it back on craigslist. Cheaper than renting an exotic...
