Remember that scene in "Vegas Vacation" where Cousin Eddie shows Clark how two can eat for one ...at the buffet? ..."I'll have some of the blue stuff and some of the green stuff....hmmm, Clark, the bread pudding looks extra runny tonight!"

That whole scene reminds me of the CircusCircus buffet. lol

Just got back from two week LV visit - great as usual. We ate at MSS, Fremont, Golden Nugget, Orleans and Sam's Town buffets. Enjoyed them all. Favourite was the Fremont,
good steaks and prime rib, nice cakes too. Nice 70s look room as well. The only thing I
don't like at buffets is seeing the amount of food wasted. I don't understand why some
peope fill their plates, then decide they don't like it, and go back for something else. If they're not sure, why not just try a small amount? I watch the servers taking away all this
unwanted food, seems wrong to me.

AHHH you bring up a GREAT point here Mr. Magister!
Yes, I have a lap band, so my buffet experience is even MORE Important!
because I can not just pack myself like a French goose for Foie Gras
I need my food to TASTE GOOD, and be of GOOD quality

Jonathan

PS: Yes, Alizé at the top of the palms, as well as Voodoo Steak house at the Rio, AWESOME food

YouTube Vegas Vacation The Cheap Buffet visit us at http://00n.net/worldtravel - YouTube

I like GVR. The Salmon and "sea bass" is surprisingly good (for a buffet)

Excalibur, horrible. Worst slop I've ever had. When the mini corn dogs are the highlight, there is a problem.

Very much like some of the lower graded buffets, but some truth in even the top rated ones. Its been forever since Id seen that and though very satirical, it rings true.

Dealer: You don't know when to quit, do ya Griswold?... Here's an idea: Why don't you give me half the money your were gonna to bet, then we'll go out back, I'll kick you in the nuts, and we'll call it a day!
