Okay, I'm in dire need of some help. I currently live in Southern Highlands in a house with roommates and am relocating to centennial hills/ northwest area looking for a one bedroom and am having a hell of a time finding a decent apartment. I spent about 6 hours today looking and everyone I find thats decent price is ghetto and dirty. Anyone have some good suggestions that will be safe for a girl in her early 20's to live by herself?

$650 is pretty low for that area. Maybe if you could possibly increase up to maybe $720 then it will be easier to find a place that is not "ghetto".

But like ndb3 posted. You should THOROUGHLY check out Craigslist and Backpage.com . I have already found about 4 decent places in your range on both of them.

Regent on Durango. Grand Canyon Condos on Grand Canyon. The Cliff Shadows Condos on Cliff Shadows at the south end all have units in that price range.
