I have a enclosed Gazebo around my Hot Tub, and would like to build shelves in the area where the domed windows are.

Anyone have a good plexi house?

Why not DIY?
I just fabricated and installed a waterproof iPod dock and speakers on my hot tub. I got the idea from a vacation rental in Maui. It will give you a sense of accomplishment!

so then... it's not a 2d piece you are looking for??? you are looking for a dimensional piece? that can be pretty expensive as piece goods go, the reason being that the mold needs to be made so that the material can be vacuum formed over that mold.

not really cost effective.

No no... No vacuum forming needed.

There are online stores that supply plastic tubes, rods, plates, glue (bonding agent ).... etc etc.

Then you can form the materials with either a heat gun (not a hair dryer), or sticking them in the oven.

I don't have time right now, or I would post some links....but Google is your friend. If you're a DIYer, then there is absolutely no reason to be afraid of working with plastics/plexi.

Start out making the shapes you want with PVC (I heat form PVC all the time to make all kinds of stuff). Then once your comfortable and happy with your creation, do the real thing with the clear plexi tube. Bond on some flat plate for the shelves, and you'll be living back in the 70's in no time!!

If it sounds like something you'd want to try, DM me...I'll help you on your way.
