I live in Anthem 89052, I'd say that while all of Seven Hills is in 89052 that Seven Hills probably makes up 60% of the zip.

I could care less about how far away from SAMs club I am. I am all about safety and family friendly.

Dynimage said it best: When the crime happens to someone else, it's a safe neighborhood. When the crime happens to you, it's an unsafe neighborhood.

You do what you can. But if safety is that important, move to a more rural area.

Both Anthem and Seven Hills are very safe. In 89052 stay South of the St. Rose Parkway. There is a tiny section of 89052 on the North side which is ok but not as nice. Sounds like for what you want Anthem, Seven Hills, or Green Valley Ranch would be fine. The schools are good and it is safe. Oh, and by the way there is a Sam's Club on Eastern and Serene about 5 minutes away. All kidding aside Seven Hills is great with everything you need including a Hospital less than 5 minutes away.

I would say that Anthem and Seven Hills are equally safe and family friendly. We really enjoy driving through Seven Hills as it is very scenic. The parks are wonderful in Anthem and Seven Hills. We have lived here for 5 years and feel safe with our two kids.
Anthem is far enough to feel removed from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to the grocery store within 5 minutes. The one downfall for us has been the traffic on Eastern. It's not too bad but it can take a little while to get to the Freeway.

Just look for the zip code 89052. That will include Seven Hills Anthem and a few other places that are fine but you may not care about...age restricted.

This is not a situation with rectilinear borders so your question is not directly answerable.

All of these master plans have a range of housing. Seven hills probably runs from 70K to a couple of million. And Anthem is similar...
